Prog magazine asked me to talk about Tim Smith from Cardiacs in their major piece on 100 musical icons to tie in with their 100th edition. Somehow I managed to compare his music to the music of Bill and Ted's band Wyld Stallionz. Makes sense to me. Be excellent to each other. There's some other really good reads in the edition including Ron Smallwood meeting Frank Zappa.
